  • USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: First, heat water to 75-80°C. Then submerge the mouthguard in the water for 30-45 seconds. After removal, allow it to cool for 5 seconds. Place it in your mouth and adjust its position by biting down until comfortable. Press the center and edges of the mouthguard to conform to the contours of your teeth. Finally, place it in cold water for 30 seconds to cool and set its shape. Note: If you feels uncomfortable during use, repeat the molding process above until satisfied.
