Thank you for shopping with PlayVanta. We work with trusted logistics partners to provide reliable delivery for ball sports equipment, training gear, and sports accessories across the United States and internationally.

Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

During peak seasons, promotional periods, high order volume, or inventory verification periods, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Fee

PlayVanta offers a simple and transparent shipping structure:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order

  • No hidden shipping fees at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law or in cases involving our error, verified defective items, or incorrect items shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States:
5–10 business days after shipment

International:
10–20 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, seasonal logistics demand, incorrect addresses, regional restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information when available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment due to carrier processing times.

PlayVanta does not control carrier tracking systems and cannot guarantee the timing or frequency of tracking updates.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with major carriers and logistics providers, which may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Other regional or international delivery partners

The carrier used for your order may depend on the destination, product type, package size, shipping method, and logistics availability.

6. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once processing, packing, or shipment has started, we cannot guarantee that address changes, order edits, or cancellations can be made.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Carrier delivery restrictions

  • Address changes requested after shipment

PlayVanta may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • Reshipment, with additional shipping fees if applicable

  • Refund of the product price, excluding original shipping fees

  • Store support with available carrier-related information

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the most current delivery status.

If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, reception areas, or the shipping carrier.

PlayVanta will assist when possible, but delivery resolution may be subject to carrier investigation and confirmation. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, PlayVanta is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages unless required by applicable law.

8. Split Shipments

For multi-item orders, items may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or logistics requirements.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments.

9. International Shipping

PlayVanta may ship to select international destinations.

For international orders, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and local customs authorities.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import fees, taxes, duties, and customs-related charges.

  • Customs inspections and delays are outside our control.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier operations, local regulations, and destination country requirements.

10. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. PlayVanta is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery unless required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible.

11. Product Size & Delivery Notes

Some sports equipment, such as hoops, nets, racks, training gear, or larger accessories, may require additional handling time due to package size, weight, or warehouse availability.

Large or bulky items may ship separately and may arrive on a different date from smaller items in the same order.
